In zona periferica della Cittą di Spoleto sorge questo villino bifamiliare costruito nel 1988. La struttura č in cemento armato a pianta rettangolare e si sviluppa su tre livelli. Il tetto č a due falde con manto in coppi vecchi, gli infissi in legno, le lattonerie in rame, nel pieno rispetto della tipologia della zona. I fronti esterni sono intonacati al civile. Le zone residenziali si sviluppano al Piano Terra e Primo mansardato, mentre nell'interrato vi sono i garages ed un grande locale rustico di pertinenza. Le pavimentazioni sono in legno e cotto all'interno ed in ardesia all'esterno. Il fabbricato č servito da una'area verde attrezzata idonea alle esigenze della proprietą. |
Situated on the outskirts of Spoleto is the Bonanni cottage built in 1988. On a rectangular layout of three levels, the building has been constructed with reinforced concrete. The cottage is particular due to the long slopes of the roof, which appear to wrap around it and the large, angular window frames emphasise the horizontal position of the building. The ancient tiles, the wooden frames and the copper guttering are all typical of the area surrounding the cottage. The first and second floor are residential areas whilst the ground floor has been made into garages and a cellar. The internal pavement consists of parquet and terracotta tiles whilst the external pavement is made of slate. A area of greenery surrounds the cottage. |
