L’intervento è consistito nella creazione di un nuovo ingresso principale all’auto-carrozzeria ed un nuovo reparto finitura. Visti i limitati spazi e per rendere agevole l’ingresso ai locali è stata creata una tettoia a sbalzo di considerevole portata che caratterizza il prospetto rendendolo leggero e dinamico. La struttura è in cemento armato tamponato, la veletta superiore, rivestita di rame, impreziosisce il tutto ma ha la funzione primaria di finitura della copertura particolarmente durevole e resistente. I fronti esterni sono intonacati al civile, le pavimentazioni sia esterne che interne sono al quarzo industriale. Lo stabile, sia sul fronte che sul retro, è servito da un ampio parcheggio con una dimensionata zona verde.

The construction consists of the creation of a new main entrance for the car garage and a new car treatment area. Due to limited space and to make easier the entrance to the premises, a small roof has been built which personalises the building. The building has been built with reinforced concrete and has a copper covered ‘veletta’. The external walls are plastered, the pavement both internal and external is made of industrial quartz. The complex both in front and behind is equipped with a large car park and an area of greenery.
